This subdivision is located in North Gulfport and contains 84 larger lots ranging from 15,000 SF to over 1/2 Acre.  Winding streets around wetlands will limit the impact to the natural drainage and also create an upscale atmosphere to the development.

All infrastructure and permitting was designed to maintain the natural drainageways and preserve as many wetlands as possible.  This design will impact less than 1/2 acre of wetlands.
